What is Point Forward?
Point Forward is one way our alumni, churches and friends can contribute to the enhancement of the educational experiences of Point University students. This capital campaign supports the relocation of our main traditional campus to West Point, Ga., by underwriting a building endowment fund and real estate acquisition and renovation.

I already give to the annual fund. Isn’t that the same thing?
Gifts to the Point Forward campaign are donations beyond typical annual giving. The annual fund supports ongoing operating costs and student aid, while Point Forward will specifically support real estate acquisition and renovation related to the relocation of our main campus.

Is my gift tax-deductible?
Point University is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, so your gifts to the Point Forward campaign are tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific tax situation.

Why do we need Point Forward?
Our goal is to make a Christian higher education affordable for students and their families. Tuition does not cover the full cost of a Point education, so the University relies on contributions from other sources – particularly for major real estate acquisition and renovation projects like Point Forward.

Why should I give to Point Forward?
Point University is committed to preparing students to influence culture for Christ in all spheres of life. We desire to be the University of choice for the next generation of thought leaders who seek to live out their faith in new and exciting ways. Accomplishing this goal requires the support of our entire community: alumni, churches, corporations, foundations, families, faculty, staff and friends. Your gift is vital to the success of our mission and provides funds not supported by tuition or other funding sources.

Can I get campaign materials to show to my friends, family and church?
Yes, Point Forward brochures and DVDs are available for free. Contact the Advancement Office at 1-855-37-POINT or send us an email.
