Credits earned from correspondence courses from accredited institutions will only be transferred if the grade is a C or above. All correspondence courses must be approved prior to any registration and completed within the approved semester.
The Correspondence Course Approval Form is made available via the web for your convenience. Fill out the form, print it and sign it.
Take the completed form, along with course descriptions from the accredited college of choice, to the Registrar’s Office for approval. The registrar’s signature is required for official approval. You may also send the form to:
