Q: How do I obtain a FREE copy of Microsoft Office?
A: Students may obtain a free copy of Microsoft Office by ordering it online HERE. You will need to to provide your Point University student email address to download your copy.

Q. I don't know my login information!
A. Usually your login name will be your preferred name, period and your last name (Example: John Doe would be "john.doe"), and for your password, check your student mail either on your email account or physical mailbox. Still can't get it? Contact the Information Technology Office at 706-385-1493 (main campus), 404-460-2493 (East Point off-site location) or by email at itsupport@point.edu. 

Q. My Internet isn't working!
A. Try these troubleshooting solutions first:

• Solution #1. Reboot your computer.
• Solution #2. Check around on your hall and see if anyone else is having the same problem.
• Solution #3. Check all connections: wall socket and back/side of computer.
• Solution #4. If you're using wireless, make sure you're connected to the network and the signal is at least low to medium.
• Solution #5. If all else fails, call the Information Technology Office at 706-385-1493 (main campus), 404-460-2493 (East Point off-site location) or by email.
