Point University's Department of Fine Arts offers a variety of performing arts groups for which students may audition.

Concert Choir

Concert Choir performs the gamut of music from classical to contemporary, traditional to popular, Broadway to Contemporary Christian. The choir's on-campus performances typically include a Homecoming performance, a Christmas concert, a winter concert and a spring concert.

Signature Voices
A six-member vocal team performing a wide variety of selections for worship and community occasions. Signature Voices and Signature Sound are led by Lanier Motes, and the groups perform independently and together as one ensemble leading worship on and off campus.

A contemporary instrumental ensemble performing music for worship and community occasions. Signature Voices and Signature Sound are led by Lanier Motes, and the groups perform independently and together as one ensemble leading worship on and off campus.

Signature Players

A drama team, led by Allison Upshaw, presenting one production each semester..

Sweet Georgia Band

A pep band for designated athletic games, Sweet Georgia Band is student-led under the sponsorship of adjunct faculty member Mike Daniell.

Wind Ensemble

The Department of Fine Arts also offers instrumental performing opportunities for academic credit  for students in conjunction with a local wind ensemble (under the direction of Mike Daniell).
