Global Outreach
Point has a long and proud tradition of encouraging students, faculty and staff to be involved in global missions and outreach. Point graduates are now serving in 38 states, 18 foreign countries and with numerous campus ministries, Christian camps and churches. Faculty and staff have ministered by serving in 46 countries, and in leadership positions with international Christian service organizations. The University’s faculty and staff members took over 200 mission trips in the last two years.
Each year, students are invited to join faculty and staff members for short-term mission trips. In the past, groups of students and individual students have also organized their own trips to locations around the globe. On these trips, students may interact with people in other cultures through preaching, teaching, sports, performing arts or construction projects, just to name a few. This is an excellent way to serve other people, experience other cultures and learn about the missions experience.
Information will be posted on upcoming trips as it becomes available.
