What are your research interests?

My research concerns network effects: how personal, social, and material agency interact to shape individual and collective behavior. I have published articles in leading business journals, such as the Journal of Business Ethics and the Journal of Business Research, and I have presented my research at national conferences, such as the AMA Marketing and Public Policy Conference and the Association for Consumer Research North American Conference. I also maintain a consulting practice, Soliloquy Consulting, specializing in voice-of-consumer research.

Are there any interesting facts about yourself that you would like to share with new or current Point students?

I serve as a board member for the Bedford School and as Board Chair for the Atlanta Singers. I am a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Douglasville, Georgia, and I enjoy participating in short-term mission trips in the summer months.
