POINT UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCES RECORD ENROLLMENT

Point University entered the 2015-16 academic year with a record enrollment of 1,582 students, a 4% increase from the previous academic year, and the largest overall enrollment in its 78-year history. This marks the third consecutive year of growth for the University.

 

The fall 2015 total includes students at the West Point campus, and five additional off-site locations across Georgia and Alabama. Three programs are up in enrollment, including traditional(up 12%), online (up 92%), and dual credit enrollment (up 100%) according to the Enrollment Management Office. The adult Access program reported 578 enrolled students.

 

“We are so pleased with the enrollment growth and the increase in students,” said Stacy Bartlett, vice president of enrollment management. “This means that Point University can influence even more students for Christ-centered service and leadership throughout the world.”
