Point University Professor featured on “Deadly Demands”

PointDr. Gregory Moffatt, professor of counseling and human services at Point University will be featured on a new show, “Deadly Demands” on the Investigation Discovery network. A licensed professional counselor, Moffatt provides commentary as a psychological consultant reflecting on hostage situations. The show is scheduled to air Monday, March 21, at 10 p.m. EST or 9 p.m. CST.

Moffatt runs a private practice specializing in working with children who have experienced physical or sexual abuse in addition to regularly working with the Atlanta Police Department on cold case investigations. He established a consulting firm with a specialization in risk assessment and training, and has worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to provide training at Quantico.

Dr. Moffatt teaches several courses at Point University, including Psychology of Religion, Counseling and Diverse populations, Human Sexuality, and Introduction to Psychology.
