What is the difference between an official and unofficial transcript?
An unofficial transcript is printed on plain paper and is normally used for students’ own viewing. An official transcript is printed on special watermarked security paper with the signature of the registrar. An official transcript cannot be emailed or faxed.
The Registrar’s Office is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you need assistance, please contact the Student Services Office at 706-385-1018 or a member of the Registrar’s Office at point.registrar@point.edu.
Applying to a Point University Graduate Program or Seeking Re-Admission?
You don’t need to order your Point transcript. Just email admissions@point.edu, and our Admissions team will add it to your file for you.
