Credit for Prior Learning

Students may fulfill degree requirements by successfully completing courses offered by Point University and may secure credit for prior learning. Point accepts an unlimited number of credits for prior learning within the bounds of the University’s residency requirements. To be eligible to earn credit for prior learning (CPL), a student must be fully admitted to Point University, completed 12 Point University credit hours and meet all the requirements of a student in good standing. Email the professional learning office at pla@point.edu for information on how you can receive CPL. All materials submitted for review for CPL will be considered the property of the University and retained in the student’s file and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
