The management program is designed to provide a solid background in business fundamentals, followed by an in-depth study and application of management practices and concepts. The B.B.A. in management provides students with the planning, problem-solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills necessary for successful Christian managers and leaders in the business world.
The management program prepares students for a variety of entry-level management positions, such as assistant manager, project manager, operations manager or human resources coordinator.

In multiple classes throughout the program, students will complete projects for actual companies or participate in realistic simulations. In addition, students will complete a required semester-long internship as part of the B.B.A. in management. Students will have the opportunity to pursue certifications and credentials in areas such as project management, which are directly applicable to their desired career field.
