University Fees
Your investment in a Point education is a wise one! At Point University, we are committed to providing access to a high-quality, affordable, Christian private college education. You can rest assured that we will always do our best to keep the cost of tuition as low as possible and provide high-demand degree programs at a much lower cost than many other private institutions.
To help ease the cost of tuition for students and their families, we offer a multitude of financial aid options, including scholarships and grants. Point University understands the importance and value of a college degree, and we are dedicated to making higher education accessible to everyone.

Students may enroll in fully online undergraduate programs while being an on-campus student. Students will be charged the on-campus tuition rate and are eligible for scholarships not available to fully online students. Student-athletes (including marching band) enrolled in any undergraduate program will be charged the on-campus tuition and fees rate. Student-athletes (including marching band) enrolled in any graduate program will be charged graduate tuition rates as well as on-campus fees.

Financial Aid Information
Very few families can afford to send a student to college without financial aid. Point’s Financial Aid Office is more than willing to work with students and their parents or guardians to develop a financial aid package that will meet your needs. Approximately 92% of Point students receive financial aid, including scholarships, need-based grants and education loans.
In order to ensure you receive the financial aid you need, please be sure to complete your FAFSA and other paperwork on time each year. If you have questions, please call Financial Aid at 706-385-1018 or email financial.aid@point.edu.
Paying for Books
Point University students can purchase books through the online campus store at point.ecampus.com. Financial aid can be applied to the purchase of books. Students can have their books shipped to the Campus Store or their residence.
Student Refund Process
Refunds remaining on student accounts after book purchases will be issued when the money is received from the source by the University. Refunds will not be made until Point is in possession of the funds. Students should not depend on receiving their refunds by a certain date.
Point uses a third-party servicer to offer electronic refunds. Visit Student Billing and Payment Center for more information and to sign up for your account.
Student Stipend Process
Stipends remaining on student accounts after charges are applied will be issued when the money is received from the source by the University. Stipends will not be made until Point is in possession of the funds. Once Point has received the funds, stipends are processed within 14 days of a credit balance, as required by federal regulations. Students should not depend on receiving their stipends by a certain date. Point uses a third-party servicer to offer electronic stipends.
Tuition Payment Plan
A payment plan is available to students who are unable to meet their financial obligations through financial aid and prepayment of their bills or for those who prefer the convenience of installment payments. Students participating have multiple payment methods available to them. All previous balances must be paid before students can participate in the payment plan. To sign up for a payment plan, please contact the Student Services Office at 706-385-1018 or Student.Assistance@point.edu. Students must apply for tuition payment plans before the payment deadline for each semester.

*If one of the available payment options is not selected and completed by the payment deadline, your course registration will be voided and you will no longer be permitted to attend classes. For more information about payment deadlines, please consult Student Billing and Payment Center.
What You Need to Know
You may pay in full with financial aid or out-of-pocket. We accept cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). You can also call Student Services at 706-385-1018 to make payment.
