Parker to Serve as Commencement Speaker in December

Rob Parker will serve as speaker for Point University’s winter commencement ceremony, the University announced this week.

Parker is president of the Town at Trilith, a 235-acre master-planned residential and mixed-use project located in Fayetteville, Georgia, adjacent to Trilith Studios. He has more than 35 years of experience in organizational leadership on a local, national and international level. Prior to becoming a town planner/developer, Parker served as chief executive officer of Southern Ground, leading both the business and philanthropic efforts of three-time Grammy-winning, multi-platinum artist, Zac Brown and Zac Brown Band. Parker is a talented public speaker on a diverse set of topics, including town building, leadership, organizational development, philanthropy, personal organization and human flourishing.

The ceremony, with a limited number of tickets available for each graduate, will be held at Church of the Highlands in Auburn, Alabama, on Saturday, December 18.
